When can i access the facility?
You can acces the site is from 07:00 - 21:00 or during daylight hours only 365 days a year.
Our office hours are 10:00-16:00 Mon-Sat. Sundays and bank holidays, the office and shop is closed.
What are my payment options?
All payments are taken in advance by repeat card charge or a direct debit.
Do i need an apointment to access my storage?
Nope. You are free to come and go as much as you like during our access hours of 07:00 - 21:00 or daylight hours (which ever comes first)
Can i wash my vehicle on site?
Yes! There is a water point and hose in each of our storage compounds. No booking is necessary and they can be used on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a chemical disposal point where i can empty my toilet cassette?
There is no chemical disposal point available for storage customers.
CL site customers however, do have access to a chemical disposal point.
What happens if i need access outside of access hours?
Out of hours access can be arranged with prior arrangement.
If you think you might not make it back into storage within access hours please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to make alternative arrangements for you.
Who parks my vehicle?
You do. All storage is on a DIY basis. You have access 365 days a year and you are free to come and go as much as you like during our access hours of 07:00 - 21:00 or daylight hours (whichever comes first)
Can i have my vehicle serviced on site?
Yes. You can have your vehicle serviced on site by our approved contractors S&G Caravan Services
or Van Life Services If you choose to use a different service provider you will need to supervise them at all times when they are on site.
